FaTo International Sh.p.k has a zero-tolerance policy for any content that exploits, sexualizes, or harms minors in any way.
Minimum age: 13 to register. Minimum age: 18 for Fato Coins, gifts, live broadcasting, and Creator earnings. Age is verified at registration. False declaration of age is a material Terms violation.
CSAM Policy
Zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes or exploits minors.
- Such content is immediately removed upon detection or report
- Accounts posting such content are permanently terminated immediately
- All confirmed CSAM cases are reported to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement
- We cooperate fully with all law enforcement investigations involving child safety
Protection Measures
- Age verification at registration prevents underage access to sensitive features
- Content moderation systems detect and remove inappropriate content
- In-app reporting tools available on all posts and profiles
- RADAR calls restricted to verified users aged 18+
- All monetization features strictly limited to users aged 18+
- Reported content reviewed within 24–48 hours
