Service

By downloading, installing, or using Fato Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms are between you and FaTo International Sh.p.k.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Fato Coins, send gifts, or participate in the Creator program
• False declaration of age is a material violation of these Terms

You agree not to use Fato Community to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any form of fraud including wash gifting or fake account activity
• Post content that sexualizes or exploits minors in any way
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform

Fato Community and all its content are owned by FaTo International Sh.p.k. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without written permission. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.

All purchases are processed through Apple's IAP system. Fato Community does not store payment information. Refund requests must go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Fato Coins are non-refundable once purchased and have no cash value outside the platform.

FaTo International Sh.p.k is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fato Community. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prishtinë, Kosovo, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
