Welcome to Fato Community support. Download the app from the Apple App Store, register with your email, choose your interests, and start connecting.

• Open RADAR from the bottom navigation bar
• Tap Start Matching to enter the queue
• You will be connected for a 2-minute call with a random user
• After the call, choose to Follow the person if you liked the connection
• Available to users aged 18 and above

• Tap the Heart button on any profile to send a Hearts request
• The recipient can Accept or Decline
• Only you see the names in your Hearts list — others see only the count
• Accepted Hearts auto-creates a follow connection

• Tap the Daybook tab to see public posts from all community members
• Write your status and tap Publish to share with everyone
• Like, comment, and share entries from other users

• Purchase Fato Coins via Apple In-App Purchase
• Send gifts during any live broadcast using your Coins
• Coins are non-refundable once purchased (except via Apple refund policy)
• Gifts are irreversible once confirmed
